Unexpected Purchase with a thoughtful ending.

One of my outlets where not working at my office, I called one of the people from maintenance to come check out the problem. He came the next day and was trying to see what the issue was but unfortunately, he couldn't solve anything and had to call the electrician. As he walks out of the office he notices some of our gifts and he said these are really nice gifts. He asked, “Are these fake roses?” I said no these are actually real and they last for years. He asks if I can personalize it and I replied yes. He said perfect I want two! One is for my grandma that passed away with her name and years plus “Love you always MOM” and I want the other gift for my girlfriend with the following saying “Friends before Lovers”. Two completely different purposes but yet our gifts were able to fulfill them in a very thoughtful and elegant way.
